Delivery

Why do you recommend Recorded Delivery for UK deliveries?
This of course is optional. We recommend this service because parcels do occasionally go missing in the postal system. Recorded Delivery requires a signature and affords some traceability.

Using the website

Do I have to register and open an account with you?
No, you don't. You can browse and shop online with us without registering and/or opening an account. Opening an account allows you to track your order history and store your shipping addresses - this speeds up the process for future visits.

What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, go to 'Sign In', just to the left of the shopping bag on the shop page. When the 'Sign In' box opens, click on 'Forgot Your Password?', type in the email address you used when you first registered and press the button 'Send Me My Password'. An email will be sent to you.

Can I leave items in my shopping bag and return at a later time?
Yes, you can. The shopping bag will retain your items for up to 30 days, however, these items are not removed from stock until you complete checkout so if stocks are low, the items may no longer be available when you next return to your shopping bag.

Can I order an item if it is showing as being 'Out of Stock' ?
Sorry, unfortunately it isn't possible to do this - if an item is showing as being 'Out of Stock' it can't be placed into the shopping bag.
